The Role
The Product team at Trilitech plays a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge products that redefine the possibilities of blockchain technology and UX in particular. As a Product Manager for applications, you'll be responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for various products including Kanvas, a white-label Web3 commerce platform, to increase engagement for Tezos.

This is a unique opportunity to take charge of developing and delivering scalable, next-generation UX solutions that will bring in the next set of Web2 users to the Web3 space.

What you'll do

• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritising features based on business impact and customer value
• Utilising data and user feedback to enhance the user experience and make informed product decisions
• Leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle, identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges
• Collaborating with Design and Software Engineering teams to define the customer journey and create world user experiences
• Effectively communicating product requirements, updates, milestones, and challenges to relevant stakeholders
• Developing and communicating clear product strategies aligned with the company vision and goals
• Influencing external partners around Web3 strategy
• Conducting market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities
• Monitoring industry regulations and compliance standards pertinent to blockchain products

What you'll need

• Previous experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth tech company (blockchain experience preferred)
• Experience formulating and driving a product-focused vision, owning the narrative with leadership, customers and partners
• General passion for the crypto space and avid follower of market trends and developments
• Strong understanding of design best practices
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
