The Role-
You would be joining a brand-new squad focused on building a customer management engine to help maximise personalisation and engagement and in turn maximize customer lifetime value. This is a mission critical space for Chase especially when its expanding both across products and markets.
Responsibilities:
- Defining a vision for the product
- Incorporating data, research and market analysis to inform the product strategy and roadmap
- Partnering with cross-functional teams across Chase and wider firm to deliver per the roadmap
- Own the release to customers as well as pre and post launch activities
Skills/ Qualifications:
- Having past product experience defining and shipping product(s)
- Having past experience of going through a full product lifecycle right from identifying a market need to post launch execution
- Being able to handle multiple, conflicting priorities and deadlines without compromising quality
- Decision making based on facts and data
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Nice to have requirements:
- Experience working with large data sets
- Worked on multi market, multi-platform products
