Location: Southampton (hybrid - min 3 days in the office)

We're seeking a proactive, data-driven Product Manager to elevate our customer experience. You'll play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product roadmap, building customer-centric features, and enhancing platform usability to improve the end-to-end client journey. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape client experiences at scale.

Product Manager - Customer Experience, the role

  • Product Strategy: Design a customer-focused roadmap based on data insights, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Feature Development: Drive customer-facing feature enhancements, prioritising usability and engagement.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner with Engineering to ensure designs are technically sound, scalable, and performant.
  • Business Analysis: Capture and analyse client needs to translate them into impactful product features.
  • Client Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer, incorporating feedback into product design and development.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Define KPIs, track product usage, iterate on solutions to boost client satisfaction and retention, while using insights to refine product performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep senior leadership aligned on progress, challenges, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Launch & Support: Manage product launches and collaborate with teams for effective communication and training.

Product Manager - Customer Experience, about you

  • Experience: 3+ years in product management, ideally within customer-focused SaaS for FinTech, Financial Services, or Compliance.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Proven success in optimising customer journeys, retention, and user experience.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Power BI).
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Skilled in leveraging data and client feedback to inform strategy and drive product decisions using tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude).
  • Strong Communicator: Able to convey product vision and strategy clearly to diverse audiences.
