Role overview
We are looking for a Product Manager with deep technical and commercial experience of the Current Account Switch Service (CASS).

Job responsibilities

  • Develop the CASS product vision, objectives, and roadmap, based on a deep understanding of the customer needs, industry landscape and regulatory requirements.
  • Define product requirements, creating and maintaining a prioritised backlog based on customer research, analysis, and rigorous discipline to deliver overall product vision.
  • Act as the "CEO" of the CASS across all facets of the product, organizing and collaborating with all the functional support teams required for product success - such as operations and customer servicing, marketing, communications, data, legal, regulatory, and finance.
  • Build the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as customer outcomes, cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Support operational risk issue management, incident / event management and risk acceptance processes, with associated together aggregation and reporting activities.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

  • 3+ years of Current Account Switch Service (CASS) implementation, operations, and product experience
  • Experience with UK Payment Schemes
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Ability to interface with senior stakeholders effectively to establish relationships and become a trusted advisor.

An ability to apply technical knowledge in a practical and balanced manner.
