About the Role:
As Product Manager for Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM, you will be at the forefront of developing and managing the university's new CRM system, ensuring it aligns with strategic goals and enhances engagement across key student and staff interactions. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to define product strategies, manage the CRM product roadmap, and drive continuous improvements.
You will play a crucial role in gathering and refining requirements for new CRM features, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to enhance functionality. With a strong focus on usability, data-driven decision-making, and integration with other university systems, you will ensure that our CRM platform delivers maximum value to the institution.
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Product Manager with experience in CRM platforms, ideally within a higher education or large enterprise environment. With a degree plus demonstrable professional experience for the role, you will have a solid understanding of product management principles, stakeholder engagement, and agile methodologies. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
You will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering high-impact solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, will be essential for success. A passion for improving digital experiences, optimising workflows, and driving engagement through CRM technology will set you apart.
