As a Product Manager, Commerce Experience at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator, you'll work alongside senior product leaders to ship features that matter. You'll get your hands into the work - running standups, writing PRDs, coordinating with engineers and designers, and moving things forward. You have a curious mindset, thrive in collaborative squads, and are passionate about fintech. By your nature, you are solution-oriented, scrappy, and biased toward action.

Job responsibilities:

• Support senior product managers in defining and executing product strategy across commerce and payments features
• Run day-to-day squad operations: standups, sprint planning, retros, and backlog grooming
• Write clear product requirements, design briefs, and outcome-focused user stories
• Conduct discovery activities to validate problems and de-risk solutions
• Use AI tools to rapidly prototype and communicate product ideas
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and controls stakeholders to ship iteratively

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 2+ years product management experience in payments, checkout, or fintech
• Hands-on experience running agile ceremonies and shipping software with cross-functional teams
• Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and design briefs
• Comfort working with engineers and designers to solve ambiguous problems
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Scrappy, bias-to-action mindset - you get things done, not just analyse them

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with merchant-facing or B2B payments products
• Familiarity with developer tools, APIs, or developer portals
• Experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and ideation
• Exposure to regulated financial services environments
