About this role
We are seeking a Product Manager for Collaboration & Messaging Services to lead the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle of Digital Workplace services. This includes managing Office 365 capabilities, internally developed solutions, and products delivered by third-party partners. The individual will play a critical role in shaping Vodafone's Digital Workplace vision by driving product adoption, enhancing user experience, and ensuring these services integrate seamlessly across the wider Vodafone IT environment.
What you'll do
- Manage the full lifecycle of cloud-based Collaboration & Messaging products, including Office 365, within the Digital Workplace portfolio.
- Translate business requirements, user insights, and market trends into a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with Vodafone's Digital Workplace and EXX ambitions.
- Define product governance, oversee launches, monitor adoption patterns, and translate insights into continuous improvement of future releases.
- Lead design and innovation initiatives, including backlog prioritisation across the service portfolio.
- Define and track product KPIs to monitor adoption, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, simplify functionality, and optimise costs across services.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and partners to align business needs, technical feasibility, and service value.
Who you are
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital product management or service design within a large, multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of design thinking and agile delivery methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of Office 365 capabilities, including Copilot and Microsoft product roadmaps.
- Broad understanding of modern digital collaboration, communication, and GenAI tools.
- Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to facilitate discussion, influence stakeholders, and translate needs into product requirements.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across cultures and technical backgrounds.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise content management, digital workplace platforms, and collaboration tools in large enterprise settings.
- Experience with service design, enterprise-scale Office 365 environments, and tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, Exchange, Viva Engage, Loop, Whiteboard, Archiving and MailFlow.
- Capability to design screen mock-ups and visual concepts where needed.
