Join the EVolution:

Your main gig? Helping us become a product led organisation in a market that is expanding quickly with increased competition, with an emphasis on optimising our charger network. On top of working with our VP of Product to plan and define the long term roadmap you'll be responsible for:

• Continue to develop and execute a strategic vision for the charging stations and home battery, considering market needs and aligning with teams across the business.
• Working across departments, & domains to identify opportunities & validate ideas through product discovery.
• Championing the importance of product discovery through collaboration with customers, stakeholders, product owners and UX/UI & design colleagues.
• Lead, guide & mentor the product owners in your team to ensure they have the necessary support, and are following best practice and consistently looking for ways to improve our processes
• Define, manage & deliver the product roadmap and prioritise features and initiatives based on business value and customer impact
• Coordinating with project managers & key stakeholders to launch features (both externally and internally).
• Helping create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management & Pod Point.

Electrify us with your skills:

We think the role would be best suited to somebody with a background in EV charging technology as well;

• Proven experience in product management, for hardware, firmware and cloud software, particularly in the EV charging and home battery space.
• Someone who proactively keeps up to date with latest developments in product management thinking, process and techniques
• Who can effectively analyse data and communicate the insights to stakeholders
• Experience in managing product owners and steering engineering teams.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of strategic planning and execution.
• Strong background in market research and competitor analysis.
