Job Description

As a Product Manager you will work with our acquisition tools and affiliate platforms / networks. This role is a mix of product strategy, product architecture, cross-team collaboration, and external customer engagement.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will be part of the Acquisition & Retention team, whohave developed a world class acquisition platform which enables digital marketers to run acquisition campaigns using customer tagging / tracking, orchestrate onboarding journeys, target customers with acquisition offers, and also helps to support digital attribution and modelling on a very large scale. They support more than 25,000 affiliate partners and networks and generate millions of pounds in revenue for businesses using their platform.

What you will do

  • Support ideation, vision, strategy and roadmap for key marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Define and drive feature specification, work closely with engineering teams to deliver against the roadmap for your ownership area.
  • Work with internal and external partners to gather feedback, manage dependencies.
  • Regularly present new product plans, product development progress and engage with the product team, performance marketing teams, Affiliate managers, Operations team and the PMO team
  • Drive rhythm of business activities within the team and across the org to ensure end-to-end success of initiatives.
  • Ensure customer success for all customers, working closely with key stakeholders.
  • Define, and track usage & business success metrics.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a Product Manager/ Product Analyst / Business Analyst, ideally in the Digital marketing / Performance marketing domain.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, FB Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Snapchat.
  • Good knowledge of mobile acquisition tools and mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer.
  • Solid experience with app store optimisation and app submissions, across the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Experience with acquisition platforms, such as Income Access, NetRefer, etc.
