Location: Hybrid working, with 3 days a week in the VHQ, Crawley
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract type: Permanent

In a nutshell
As Product Manager, you'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of your regional product portfolio, from creation through to on-sale performance. You'll work closely with Destination Managers and cross-functional partners to ensure our holidays are differentiated, commercially strong and operationally sound.
This role plays a key part in translating customer insight and commercial strategy into product decisions that support growth, conversion and customer satisfaction.
Day to day
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Own and manage the full product lifecycle for your destination portfolio
- Work with Strategy and Destination teams to review performance, market trends and competitor activity
- Identify product gaps and opportunities, ensuring the right product is on sale for the right customer
- Lead product development initiatives aligned to brand, customer and commercial objectives
- Support trading and revenue management through tactical promotions and performance reviews
- Oversee campaign and channel activation, ensuring product is positioned effectively to drive conversion
- Manage supplier relationships, monitoring quality, NPS and operational performance
- Support sales teams through training, engagement and product storytelling
About you
We're looking for an experienced product professional with strong commercial judgement and a passion for building compelling customer propositions.
- Proven experience in product management within tour operating or travel environments
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Confidence operating in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience working with Travelbox or similar systems is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external partners
