We are seeking a Product Manager for our Data Management team who will be dedicated to delivering scalable, secure, and intelligent software solutions that empower customers to efficiently govern, structure, and maintain high-quality data across Orgvue's platform. You will play a key role in transforming the company's business and product strategy into tangible products and directly impact how our customers harness their data, empowering them to build more effective, inclusive, and resilient organizations.

Role

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and evaluate opportunities, leading cross-functional teams to define, build, and launch products. You will leverage data and insights from users, the market, and internal teams to drive decision-making, advocate for my product domain across the business, and contribute to the adoption of modern product and data practices throughout Orgvue.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and represent customer and user needs, translating them into compelling product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Guide product discovery using modern SaaS methodologies to identify and validate opportunities that deliver genuine value.
  • Lead cross-functional product development from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and consulting teams.
  • Clearly articulate product value and create alignment with executive stakeholders, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key product metrics, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
  • Serve as an internal and external advocate for your product domain, including presenting at industry events, customer meetings, and analyst briefings.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to develop clear messaging, impactful training materials, and effective sales tools.
  • Mentor team members and foster an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages growth, feedback, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record in product discovery and managing the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery and growth, always with a user-focused, impact-driven mindset
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms and familiarity with modern technology stacks, with a continuous curiosity for innovative tools and market trends that can enhance product strategy
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and data management frameworks, and a strong ability to translate technical capabilities into intuitive, data-driven user solutions
  • Ability to provide strategic insights into how successful software businesses operate, particularly in data-rich environments, while clearly communicating product vision and inspiring alignment across teams
  • Background or strong interest in HR tech, organizational planning, or related fields, coupled with a collaborative approach that engages stakeholders at all levels to create awareness, advocacy, and alignment
  • Thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with engineering, UX, sales, and marketing to drive product adoption, user satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes
