About the Opportunity

Due to the ongoing growth of the business we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Manager to join our Product Team, to solve problems in ways that our customers love, yet work for our business.

In this role you will shape the product roadmap own the strategy for all new features. You'll lead all efforts right from concept, discovery to release and launch. You will work collaboratively with sales, marketing, design and engineering teams.

You will do this by:

• Translating the product vision into actionable strategies and initiatives for the Webexpenses system.
• Gathering and prioritising user requirements, feedback, and feature requests to inform product decisions.
• Assessing solutions based on business value, user impact, usability and technical feasibility.
• Participating in agile ceremonies to ensure smooth execution of development tasks.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product releases and enhancements.
• Analysing user engagement data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for product optimisation and improvement.
• Conducting A/B testing, user feedback loops, and data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

To be considered for this exciting role candidates will have:

• Previous experience of working in a product team within a B2B SaaS environment.
• A passion for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional user experiences.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies and plans.
• Experience of working in agile development environments, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with finance or an understanding of financial software, and/or knowledge of payment processes and card issuing is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
