With a keen eye on market trends and competitors, you'll lead the charge in ensuring our products remain at the forefront of industry standards, setting the pace for innovation and excellence.

You will be team and technology facing, owning implementation and creating and delivering the requirements and aligning to the product roadmap with other teams.

You will work with the Head of Product to contribute to the product vision and backlog and provide direction to the team.

This role is based from our purpose built Telematics head office at Arden Square, Crewe.

What do we expect of you?

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a software-focussed Product Manager role.
  • Proven experience delivering clear, confident written and verbal communications at all levels of the organisation.
  • Previous experience with telematics solutions is a significant bonus.

What would your day to day look like?

As a Product Manager at Radius, you will be responsible for constant prioritisation of a fast-moving set of requirements and deliverables.

You will be able to focus on what matters most, where it matters most, to ensure that customers get an amazing experience from our telematics products.

Responsibilities include:

Strategy/Discovery

  • Identify, quantify, and effectively communicate customer market opportunities; analyse competitive landscape and validate solutions for future products.
  • Partner with UX research, marketing research, customer solutions, and business stakeholders to observe and solicit feedback from consumers and customers.

Planning

  • Create and maintain product vision and roadmap; create investment cases to secure funding; develop go-to-market strategy and value proposition.
  • Create features aligned across products; manage feature creation, identify business rules and business impact; ensure the team is aligned to features and feature acceptance criteria; collaborate with other product managers to ensure alignment across products;
  • Lead in planning and refinement events as well as post release activities (e.g. demos, training).
  • Work with the team to refine user stories and make confident sprint commitments
  • Provide a transparent view to stakeholders on roadmap progress

Development

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI, architecture and others to execute work including prototyping and testing to validate solutions
  • Collaborate with Architecture, to make buy/build recommendations, support testing, partner with business stakeholders to develop pricing strategies, assess ROI an provide clear product catalogues.

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Work with sales, customer insight, and marketing teams to communicate new product, approve positioning and develop go-to-market strategy, plans, and training materials.
  • Provide content to Marketing, driving new leads in relevant markets with innovative campaigns around your products.

Evaluation

  • Measure and monitor product performance and provide strategy and roadmap accordingly.
  • Coordinate full product lifecycle activities from idea to end-of-life.
  • Monitor regulation and compliance and ensure solutions meet the requirements of evolving legislation.
