A core part of our strategic vision is to ensure that innovation and expansion in our product suite continues to be at the heart of our growth. We are now seeking an experienced Product Manager. This role will lead, shape and deliver the roadmap for our Platform team, by building cross-product capabilities that both our customers and other product teams can use.

The role (what you'll do):

• The Product Manager for the Platform team owns and develops the Platform roadmap and capability at Dext. This involves two main strands of work:
• Building interface capabilities in our Platform to serve across our three product codebases, to allow them to work together more closely, especially to support our major unification initiative

• Building and centralising user-facing functionality that might sit across the three products, including user settings, roles & permissions, and other Platform level features

Accountabilities:

• Lead, shape and deliver the roadmap for our Platform team, by building cross-product capabilities that both our customers and other product teams can use.
• Monitor our release performance and progress against team north star metrics, including customer satisfaction with our core capabilities.
• Collaborate with our Design, Research, Analytics and other business colleagues to make sure our work is well-scoped, defined and at the appropriate risk level.
• Communicate our work regularly to business and external stakeholders, including running alpha & beta phased release, as well as migration plans.

Success Metrics:

• Customer satisfaction with core Platform capabilities
• Reduce number of Support tickets relating to key Platform areas
• Build new centralised capabilities for other Product teams to use
• Create a vision for the capability the future Platform could provide
• Communicate the vision and priorities frequently and effectively

About you (what we are looking for):

• Essentials
• 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a technically-focused product role
• Comfortable understanding and leveraging APIs to drive product development
• Confident with using data and user insights to make the right product decisions, at the right time
• An effective practitioner of Agile methodologies and discovery techniques
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting and reporting to senior stakeholders

• Desirables
• Prior experience in a Platform product role, or as a software engineer
• Prior experience with migrating large numbers of users across core product flows
• Customer Support experience
