Product Development Manager

Kidderminster

Up to £50,000

My client is a well-established engineering company that designs, manufactures and supplies a range of products for the construction industry. As a Product Development Manager, your role will focus on the development of new products and overseeing the Product Development Team.

Product Development Manager Responsibilities;
- Gather design specifications from clients
- Lead the development of new products and ensure that they meet industry standards
- Review legacy designs and make improvements
- Manage and support the Product Development Team
- Assist with creating detailed designs using CAD software

Product Development Manager Experience;
- Degree, HNC, HND, Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Engineering
- Experience using CAD with Solidworks expertise preferred
- Experience working in a product development position
- Experienced in managing design projects from initial concept to delivery
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Must be a team player

Based in Kidderminster this Product Development opportunity is offering a salary up to £50,000 and is commutable from Worcester, Malvern, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Stourbridge, Bridgnorth and Bewdley.
