Product Data and Price List Manager

The Product Data and Price List Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product data across our portfolio.

This position requires proactive management of product lifecycles and the timely publication of price lists, the company's most important sales tool, contributing to the seamless operation of our business and the success of our product launches.

The Product Data and Price List Manager will identify and resolve issues related to product data accuracy and completeness and oversee the project management of price lists and new producer lists.

Key Responsibilities

Product Data Management

  • Regularly review and audit the completeness and correctness of product data, including product status, to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Ensure product data for new producers, products, and vintages is completed consistently and accurately, aligning with key launch deadlines.
  • Identify discrepancies and issues in product data and raise issues promptly, collaborating with relevant teams (including Buying, Brand Management, Marketing Support, Supply Planning, Bond/Compliance, Design, and Communications) to find timely resolutions.
  • Monitor product lifecycles, providing visibility on tail end stock to relevant teams for appropriate action (e.g. bin end, or clearance lists.)

Price List Management

  • Lead the project management of UK and Ireland Price lists and new producer lists, ensuring all materials are published electronically three times per year, and printed annually.

Oversee the publication process of price lists, new producer lists, fine wine lists, and other similar product/price lists, utilising relevant software to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

About you

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a skilled manipulator/manager of data. Strong Excel skills are vital. Some SQL skill is strongly advantageous.
  • Have a good understanding of wine and the wine industry (WSET Level 3 or equivalent knowledge preferred)
  • Be highly organised and proactive. Comfortable managing and tracking progress across multiple priorities and managing projects in a structured manner to ensure they are delivered on time
  • Have outstanding attention to detail
  • Be good at forming relationships, communicating clearly, and influencing effectively
