What you'll do
The Product Manager is accountable for ensuring that quality is built into development of all solutions and trials at all stages within the delivery lifecycle. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining scenarios and customer journeys provided to stakeholders. The role is accountable for driving forward the delivery of solutions while monitoring and reporting progress using a range of metrics. The Product Manager is responsible for holding development teams to account to ensure end to end testing requirements are met prior to trials commencing. The role is responsible for defining success criteria for each trial based on product requirements.
• Agree scenarios & customer journeys for each trial (working with Customer Experience Designers)
• Input to end-to-end project plans for the trial phase and ensures the trial phase is delivered according to the end to end plan
• Agree when entry and exit criteria have been met based on product requirements and later success requirements
• Assessing the experiences, where not to standard being responsible for highlighting any points of failure and drive resolution of all such issues
• Report progress against trial scenarios and makes the final recommendation on whether to support the launch of a new proposition, product or feature
• Responsible for building and managing relationships with external organisations and companies, agreeing contractual acceptance criteria for deliverables and providing assurance on the quality of products.
Who you are
• Must be able to maintain DV Security clearance
• Experience of stakeholder management with ability to communicate at C-suite
• Experience of project and/or trials management including trials scenario preparation
• Experience of Issue triage, prioritisation and resolution including the ability to manage risk and implement mitigation plans.
• Ability to balance customer requirements with business operational needs and managing multiple workstreams
• Experience of challenging, influencing, negotiating and innovating within the programme/project team
• Experience of validating that the customer experience provided meets the one that was defined
• Ideally industry recognised project management qualifications
