Bumble Inc. is seeking a Product Analytics Manager that will lead and work alongside a team of analysts and data scientists to partner with business stakeholders across product and revenue in support of critical business decisions for Badoo, BFF, and other apps. This is a unique opportunity for an emerging analytics leader that enjoys the fast paced environment of a growing company, has experience in product analytics and has a passion to lead a team helping the Bumble Inc. mission to foster kind connections.

You would ideally have a background in product analytics at either a dating, social, gaming or other relevant tech company, with proven experience of driving commercial impact through applying analytics to critical product problems.

You enjoy developing and leading a team of multi-skilled analysts, data scientists, and analytics engineers to efficiently produce insights that inform decision-making. You should be passionate about continual improvement, both personally and for the team, and you always look for feedback to strive for higher quality of deliverables.

You understand the high-level business model of the company and the primary drivers and output metrics to efficiently receive a stakeholder request, draft a project/insights brief and proactively ask for additional scope clarity where necessary.

Remaining laser-focused on the "so what" of the findings, and how the insights support business decisions, you take an integrated perspective to analytics, considering all the potential drivers to a problem, reviewing existing knowledge and bringing in expertise for advice from other teams.
