Job Title: Supplier Governance Manager

Reporting to: Supplier Governance and Operational Resilience Manager

Job Purpose:

The Governance Manager will support the Procurement team by implementing policy, procedures and processes into our European business (TME). This includes supplier and contract management

Key Responsibilities:

• Notifying European regulators of TME's Important and Critical suppliers, capturing the required information for each such as, but not limited to, sub-contractors, storage and location of personal data and exit plans
• Ensuring the role of the supplier Business Owner has been defined and reflected in the relevant company policies as well as identifying and assigned the roles in TME
• Implementing supplier service reviews for TME Critical and Important suppliers
• Review the due diligence undertaken on TME suppliers, identifying gaps and areas which need updating
• Embed the contract database processes in TME and support the upload of legacy contracts as we migrate to the new tool
• Support TME in actioning measures in line with recent audit review findings
• Support the analysis and activities associated with new regulations such as DORA
• Role may require occasional travel to European offices

List of key tasks in order of importance and regularity

Performance Objectives:

Implement new processes and procedures for supplier management in TME, ensuring they are managed into a steady BAU state which can be managed by the business by the end of the contract term. Key deliverables include:

- Assigned business owner for each TME supplier

- Supplier governance implemented for all Critical and Important suppliers

- Regulators notified of updated list of Critical and Important suppliers

- Contracts uploaded into contract database

- Embedding policy and procedures for TME into BAU state
