Job Description
We're recruiting for a Sourcing Manager to join us. We're offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits package.
The team are Hove based but work flexibly and are generally in the office one or two days a week.
What you'll be doing:
- Planning and carrying out sourcing activities including contract negotiations
- Reviewing commercial teams and maximising value for money whilst managing risk
- Involved in contract renewals, in-life negotiations and new supplier engagements
- Identifying new opportunities to drive value and improve performance of suppliers
- Working closely with contract management and supplier relationship management teams to monitor supplier adherence
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
- In-depth knowledge in Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain including category management, sourcing execution and procurement technology
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks, understanding of spend categories and financial models within a regulatory landscape
- Experience of undertaking and managing sourcing activities and negotiations
- Good understanding of tools and techniques to execute strategic sourcing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
