This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week in the office. You can choose to be based at one of our locations: Chesterfield (Future Walk) or London (Farringdon).

We're looking for two Procurement Managers to join the Professional Services Category.
These are exciting opportunities for experienced procurement professionals who enjoy leading change within an established team, partnering closely with stakeholders, and delivering value across complex, large-scale projects in a fast-moving environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead sourcing strategies for goods and services within your category, delivering strong commercial outcomes while effectively managing risk across complex, high-value contracts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping category strategies, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the organisation's wider strategic goals.
You will also:
- Develop and implement robust sourcing plans, tenders, and negotiations in line with policy, governance, and agreed timelines, applying advanced technical negotiation expertise
- Manage end-to-end tendering processes for large-scale and strategically critical contracts
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement activity with organisational strategy
- Contribute to category strategies and collaborate across procurement teams to maximise value and insight
- Maintain accurate contract records and produce commercial insights to support value delivery and risk mitigation
- Act as a commercial escalation point, applying expert judgement to resolve complex contractual and commercial issues
- Take ownership of your own development, support the development of others, and act as a role model for leadership behaviours and company values
About You
We're looking for a confident and commercially focused procurement professional who brings energy, credibility, and a collaborative approach to their work. You'll be comfortable operating in a complex environment, influencing a broad range of stakeholders, and delivering results at pace.
You will have:
- A CIPS qualification or be actively working towards this
- A proven track record of developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build buy-in and achieve tangible outcomes
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting challenging deadlines
- Practical experience of programme and change management
- Excellent problem-solving capability, including resolving contractual and commercial issues
- Advanced negotiation expertise, with confidence operating at senior levels
