Procurement Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet the company's needs for goods and services while optimising costs and improving quality.
Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring strong, collaborative partnerships.
Contract Management: Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
Cost Optimisation: Monitor market trends and industry developments to drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, IT, etc.) to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Identify and mitigate any potential procurement risks.
Reporting & Analysis: Regularly analyse procurement data and provide reports to senior management on procurement activities, cost savings, supplier performance, and potential risks.
Sustainability & Ethics: Promote sustainable procurement practices, ensuring that suppliers align with the company's values, especially in terms of environmental impact and ethical sourcing.

• Will have read and understood the suite of safeguarding policies including safeguarding children policy, adults at risk
policy, anti-bullying policy, whistleblowing and equality policy;
• Understand and promote staff and players code of conduct;
• Will understand how to refer a concern;
• To be consistent role models;
• To complete the Fulham safer Working Practice Workshop as part of induction and the FA Safeguarding Children
workshop; and
• To monitor repeated incidents of poor behaviour and liaise with their DSO or Head of Safeguarding.
