The Role

This role is a vital part of Sofina Europe's organisation, responsible for sourcing and managing the goods and services that the organisation needs to operate. In today's competitive business environment, it is important to ensure that we are obtaining the best possible value for money

Duties Include:

• Laundry
• Chemicals
• PPE
• Mobile Phones (with Group IT)
• Photo Copiers (with Group IT)
• Labs
• Pest Control
• Waste Management
• Stationery
• Franking Machines
• AOB deemed to fall under site services.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Negotiation Skills
• Multi-culture communication & stakeholder management
• Be result and solution oriented; be able to solve (unexpected) problems (in short notice)
• Procurement and Supplier relationship experience highly desirable
• Take ownership and responsibility; have energy and drive.
• Formulating and Implementing Procurement/Sourcing Strategies and Communicating to the Business
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good understanding of Key Cost Drivers and Price Trends
• Excellent analytical and IT skills; SAP/Excel knowledge highly desirable
• Self-Management (priority setting, risk analysis, resources)
• Networking and relationship management
• Driving Sustainability through Procurement
• Drive for team alignment; be able to work in networks; be able to work independently.
