The Job Role

• Procurement Manager to oversee a full refurbishment of a hotel
• Standalone role working with consultants and contractors
• Source suppliers and contractors to ensure the refurbishment is kept to timings.
• Lead supplier reviews, tendering and contract negotiations
• Seek out opportunities to reduce costs and improve quality

The Requirements

• Reporting to the Operations Director you will be comfortable with delivering projects and purchasing strategies.
• You will have the ability to build strong internal and external relationships and influence key stakeholders.
• The Procurement Manager will have a structured, methodical and hands-on approach to ensure all contracts are complied with and renewed or retendered at the appropriate time.
• This is a fixed term 18month project.
