Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Supporting and collaborating with key stakeholders and the Head of Risk Monitoring Operations to define and implement the required processes to support our Risk Monitoring teams
- Taking existing processes, unwinding, rebuilding and reimagining them so they result in an outstanding Risk Monitoring program.
- Ensuring our process flows are frictionless for teammates, by creating step-by-step instructions/guides and documentation for use globally
- Identifying business process challenges through data analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Providing clear and concise presentation of findings and design plans to stakeholders globally.
Qualifications
About You:
- Have a minimum 2 years previous experience in a Risk/Fraud Operations, Fraud Prevention, Monitoring or Detection function, in First Line of Defence (Operations) within the Payments Industry preferably with exposure to both Acquiring and Issuing products.
- 1-2 years of process excellence experience, ideally managing operational processes and projects across multiple global operations units.
- Experience in developing and designing process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment where you've successfully managed, coordinated, executed and maintained multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Possess a passion for understanding the future state of CKO in order to design and build practices and processes to facilitate it.
- You are a mission driven individual who will demonstrate and drive the CKO culture with your colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
