We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee our Private Dining Room. As the Private Dining Room Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of private events, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Please note this is not an office role, the Private Dining Room Manager is involved in the service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of private events in the designated dining room.

- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution of private events.

- Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of private dining spaces.

- Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.

- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.

-Assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure compliance of health and safety standards as well as food hygiene.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in private dining or event management within the hospitality industry.

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to event coordination.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.
