A&M's Private Capital team use a diverse set of skills and experience to help clients navigate the complex world of US and UK taxation, specifically finance professionals, entrepreneurs and high net-worth individuals.
Our team of dual qualified tax professionals provide clients with an integrated solution to deliver proactive advice on all planning and compliance issues relating to US/UK dual taxation, saving time and maximizing return on investment. This team is continuing to grow and looking to bring on a Manager to join their team of skilled professionals.
Coming into the team, your role will be varied, dynamic and have the opportunity to work with some exciting clients. You will work with a number of talented individuals within the business in a supportive surrounding that will provide you the opportunity to challenge your tax technical skills in a stimulating environment.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Manager in the US/UK Tax team, you will:
- Assist senior team members with the preparation and delivery of advice and compliance covering the US and UK.
- Manage client needs, opportunities, information requests and deliverables.
- Be a technical resource for the wider A&M Tax team in training, servicing their clients and developing client and business development materials.
- Manage projects as part of the team and provide support and mentoring to junior staff in their roles.
- Create deliverables that are concise, complete and address the elements deemed important by the client.
- Manage projects, client engagements and budgets simultaneously and efficiently.
- Support client engagements, WIP analysis and invoicing.
- Assist with the management and development of more junior team members, support their growth and provide active and timely feedback.

Qualifications:
- Enrolled Agent (or CPA) qualified together with ATT/CTA.
- Considerable experience working within US/UK tax.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to establish credibility and rapport with clients.
- Strong independent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to simultaneously work on several projects and effectively manage deadlines in order to meet deliverable timeframes
- Stakeholder management skills working together with clients and the wider A&M community.
- Strong teaming and problem solving skills.
- High motivation to learn and grow.
- Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
