The Role

What if your skills mattered more than your job title?At AMS, we're building a pipeline of Principal Specialist - Recruitment Administration professionals who are curious, collaborative, and committed to delivering operational excellence. We're looking for individuals who enjoy working in fast paced environments and value teamwork.

Key Accountabilities

  • Apply your organisational skills to manage account specific administrative activities accurately and within deadlines
  • Use your communication skills to manage group mailboxes, handle escalations, and respond to process queries effectively
  • Take ownership of process documentation by maintaining operations manuals and communicating updates clearly to stakeholders and teams
  • Apply your attention to detail to complete reports, trackers, and maintain systems with accuracy
  • Use your relationship building skills to collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by delivering services aligned to agreed service levels
  • Contribute to operational calls by sharing updates and insights
  • Drive improvements by supporting ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability in recruitment administration or operational support across multiple accounts or processes
  • Strength in stakeholder management and the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strength in communication, problem solving, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast changing, service driven environment
  • Ability to assess risks and opportunities and respond with practical solutions
  • Strong customer focus with a proactive and positive approach
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems, reporting tools, and process documentation
  • Experience contributing to process improvements or operational projects
  • Ability to analyse issues and suggest solutions in complex scenarios
