Job Title: Principal Quality Engineer

Salary: From £40,748 – depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating and leading audits, assurance and compliance activities, including internal audits and third party certification visits
  • Facilitating problem solving and improvement activities
  • Facilitating audit findings management (containment, corrective and preventive action)
  • Leading/coordinating improvement projects
  • Providing consultation support to the business with regard to Management System compliance requirements

Your skills and experiences:

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (or equivalent) Quality management systems compliance standards/requirements
  • Strong Stakeholder management across all levels of the business
  • Experienced in undertaking internal audits, and Internal QMS auditor qualified
  • Experienced in management of audit findings (containment, corrective and preventative action)

The Quality Independent Assurance team:

You will report to Quality Leaders. You will work with an immediate team in quality and manage stakeholders from across the business, at all levels, including stakeholders from third parties (eg. customers and certification bodies).

We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
