What the day will look like

Every day will be different. As you'll have overall responsibility for the clients in your portfolio you could be:

  • Responsible for leading the specialists in Online, DC, Risk, Healthcare and Communications to ensure a coordinated approach to client management in order to retain and expand the client services for key MCE clients.
  • Work closely with the Online MCE business leader to align approach and delivery across the MCE portfolio.
  • Manage the overall client relationship within the Client Value Creation Model ensuring that each Client has a NPS score of 7 or above.
  • Accountable for exceeding the portfolio targets to contribute to the overall business
  • Responsible for utilising your business network (internal and external) to generate new opportunities for Health
  • Support Aon United by generating opportunities for Human Capital and Risk Capital
  • Work closely with the Sales team on all stages of the prospecting process including but not limited to pre RfP meetings, RfP production &
  • To manage the contracting stage of the BPF including the handover from sales, renewing the contract, creating and updating the Services & Fee Schedule, drive the timely delivery of the Client Calendar and ensure an effective Internal Discovery process is in
  • Complete and update North
  • Proactively manage the client financials to ensure every stage is correct (amount, type, time) including revenue recognition, invoicing (within 90 days of revenue recognition) and debt management (within 60 days).
  • Drive the Governance process to ensure effective monitoring of the service and work to bring new ideas/innovation
  • Build a successful working relationship with the Operational Lead to automate the delivery

Skills and experience that will lead to success

We are looking for someone who has excellent client relationship skills and is comfortable working to meet and exceed their financial targets. Ideally you should have experience in employee benefits, but this does not need to include benefits technology. We would expect you to be able to operate at a senior level with clients and to thrive in a complex deadline driven environment.

You should also be able to work in a team environment with multiple stakeholders.
