This is a varied role ensuring the effective implementation and execution of pricing management. Having an almost blank canvass, you will design and continuously improve the structure and the analysis mechanics surrounding this and have a critical impact on the continued success of Rotork's market position.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will have a team of 3 Pricing Analysts reporting into you working together to execute the pricing strategy.

This is role, collaborating closely with product and sales management, you will have a range of responsibilities such as controlling and optimizing the global pricing model alongside supporting special pricing and margin control. You will also monitor pricing performance and have oversight of all pricing systems, procedures and guidelines as well as supporting the introduction new pricing software solution.

The successful candidate will have strong analytic skills, have a strategic mindset to innovative solutions with pricing issues and overall have a detail-oriented commitment on pricing approach.

Experience Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with financial fundamentals and metrics, including profitability analysis, margin management, and pricing elasticity.
• Proficiency in data analysis and modelling techniques, including statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of pricing software and tools, such as revenue management systems, pricing optimization software, and business intelligence platforms.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes, negotiation fundamentals, and customer relationship management.
