About The Role

What you will do

To support the Head of Capital & Pricing in the development of pricing policies, models and strategies for the Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Pricing Models: Design and maintain pricing models that accurately reflect cost structures and provide the optimal value proposition for our clients.

• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of pricing strategies. Regularly report on pricing performance and recommend improvements.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Maths or a related field.

• Proven experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or a related role, preferably within the Financial Services.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
