The Opportunity

As the Bespoke Pricing Team Manager, you will take charge of a talented team of Pricing Analysts responsible for pricing policy across EBS and for the operational pricing of complex contracts.

You will set the vision for the team, inspire them to deliver excellence, and continuously innovate to enhance workflows and future-proof operations. While driving strategic decision-making, you will also contribute with pricing processes during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you will define and implement pricing policy for EDF Business Solutions as well as overseeing the operational delivery of bespoke pricing. You will utlise your pricing experience to propose and implement resilient market-leading pricing approaches. By efficiently organising resources and processes, you will ensure the accurate and timely calculation of both energy and non-energy costs. To achieve this, you will need to manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and provide leadership to the Bespoke Pricing team of six analysts.

Who you are

To excel in this position, you will bring strong organisational and pricing skills, and a history of process improvement. Your technical expertise will allow you to critically assess customer, commercial and regulatory requirements, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose.
