We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager for our Preschool based in Romford.

The role of the Deputy Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall operation of our Preschool. This role focuses on assisting the Preschool Manager in ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The Deputy Manager will collaborate closely with staff, parents, carers, and children, helping maintain high standards of care, supervising daily activities, and stepping in as needed to provide guidance and support. This position is essential for fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere, promoting child development, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Preschool.

Summary of Job Profile:

• Contract Type: Permanent-Term Time Only
• Working Pattern: Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:30pm, 35 hours per week
