PREMISES MANAGER

We are looking to appoint a Premises Manager to manage and complement the work of our existing site team as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be required to ensure that the school's extensive grounds and buildings are maintained and operated to the highest possible standard, with a particular focus on maintenance and improvement projects across the school. To be responsible for the Health and Safety and Compliance of the site ensuring the internal and external fabric of the premises are safe and secure for all users.

The successful candidate will be able to,
• Demonstrate experience of effectively managing and implementing change
• Manage a team • Have excellent organisational skills
• Manage resources effectively
• Be a multi skilled operative
• Maintain a safe, secure and well-presented working environment
• Have a strong knowledge of compliance.
