As our Precision Ag Business Manager, you will drive our Precision Technology strategy, ensuring seamless integration across the business while delivering tangible value to our customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading Strategy & Innovation - Set the direction for Precision Ag across the dealership, collaborating with leadership and integrating new practices.
• Driving Business Growth - Identify opportunities, enhance processes, and embed Precision Ag within our Centralised & Connected Support organisation.
• Maximising Data & Insights - Analyse data, develop ROI tools, and help customers unlock the value of John Deere Operations Centre.
• Shaping Marketing & Commercial Success - Support marketing plans, pricing strategies, and revenue growth from Precision Ag services.
• Developing a High-Performing Team - Lead and support a business-wide team across three hubs, fostering a culture of innovation and customer focus.

What we're looking for:

• A strategic thinker who thrives on problem-solving and innovation.
• A strong leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A commercially savvy individual who understands financial principles and revenue generation through service sales.
• A customer-focused professional with understanding in farm management software and digital agronomic tools (desirable).
