Pre-Academy Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

To lead the identification of all players across U6-U8 age groups within the local region. Ensuring

Facilitate the association and partnership between FFC and local grassroots clubs, private academies and other relevant stakeholders.

Take an active role in ensuring the club's Pre-Academy Advanced Centre's are compliant and are delivering on our objectives.

Coordinate the delivery of Pre-Academy TID events and the Pre-Academy games programme in conjunction with the Pre-Academy Manager.

Support the coordination and development of all Advanced Centre coaches and Pre-Academy Scouts in the relevant regions.

Alongside the Pre-Academy Manager, take an active role in the recruitment and retention of high priority players.

Alongside other Talent ID and Recruitment staff, support players transitioning away from the club to find a suitable next opportunity.

• To complete the Fulham safer Working Practice Workshop as part of induction and the FA Safeguarding Children

workshop; and
• To monitor repeated incidents of poor behaviour and liaise with their DSO or Head of Safeguarding.
