You'll join us at our Advanced Oral Health Centre in Plympton, Plymouth.

Working hours are 0800-1700 - Can be flexible.

Your future in Plympton practice

• A full-time and permanent role - 40 hours per week over Monday - Friday
• A 6 surgery practice equipped with the latest equipment and offers a mix of NHS and Private work, with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further
• On street or nearby Parking is available.

• Salary up to £33,000 depending on experience

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you'll be:

• Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
