You'll be joining us on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract to cover a Practice Manager's Maternity Leave in Bishopsworth, Bristol.

Full-Time hours over Monday - Friday.

• Initially to cover a 12-month maternity cover with the potential opportunity for a permanent position within the wider area team following this
• 4 surgery practice equipped with the latest equipment which offers a mix of NHS and Private treatments including Teeth Whitening, Veneers, and Hygiene with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further
• an ideal position for someone looking to develop and grow within dentistry
• on street nearby parking available

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you'll be:

• Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
