We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our passionate team as a Practice Manager.
Lead and Support Our Team
In this role, you'll work closely with our Head Nurse to ensure seamless daily operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing practice standards, HR, payroll, financial planning, building maintenance, and managing key projects. You'll also collaborate with IVC Evidensia's area support team, attending meetings with neighboring practices to foster growth and development.

Located in the heart of Maidstone, surrounded by the picturesque Kentish countryside, Trinity Vet Centre is a thriving small animal and exotic practice. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and a seamless client experience. Our team of dedicated vets, nurses, and support staff, many with specialized training in exotic species, work together to create a supportive and collaborative environment.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive and dynamic individual with management experience, though training and support will be provided where needed. The ideal candidate will excel at problem-solving, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to fostering a positive and efficient work culture for both staff and clients.
Work-Life Balance
This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week spread over five days, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
