Practice Manager

We are looking for a full-time practice manager to join our friendly and experienced team at our busy 7 surgery site in Bristol.

• The practice currently offers a mix of NHS and Private treatments including dentures, teeth whitening, and Invisalign
• We are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth.

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:
• Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
• Managing a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and managing the performance of self-employed clinicians
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
