The Social Media & PR Manager will lead and execute Disturbia's social media strategy across all platforms while driving public relations to elevate brand visibility and reputation. This role includes shaping the vision for our social media presence, collaborating with the content team to create engaging content, managing influencer partnerships, and ensuring smooth content scheduling, posting, and community engagement. Additionally, the role involves crafting and managing PR campaigns, building strong media relationships, and ensuring consistent brand alignment across all external communications.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and implement a tailored social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. Customize content and strategies for each platform to maximize engagement, reach, and conversions. Ensure the social team aligns with the marketing calendar, track digital engagement to optimize the customer journey, and monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
PR: Plan and execute strategic PR campaigns, including product placements, collaborations, and activations, while identifying opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with external agencies to manage and optimize social media PPC campaigns, providing approvals, reviewing performance, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
Creative Content Production & Curation: Lead the creation and curation of all social media content, including stills, videos, and written formats. Work with in-house and external teams to shoot, produce, and edit content that aligns with seasonal and campaign objectives, ensuring it reects the Disturbia brand identity and emphasizes diversity. Collaborate with the Head of Creative to brief deliverables and develop creative concepts for social-led campaigns.
Visual Identity & Aesthetic: Maintain and evolve Disturbia's visual identity across all social channels, ensuring every post is cohesive, onbrand, and commercially impactful. Collaborate with creatives to produce fresh, innovative, and visually compelling content.
Influencer Management: Develop and lead influencer and partnership strategies by identifying and building relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors who embody our brand values and aesthetic. Oversee inuencer collaborations to maximize brand reach, engagement, and authenticity.
Campaign & Shoot Coordination: Communicate social-specic needs for seasonal and campaign photoshoots to ensure all social media content requirements are met. Plan and execute smaller, platform-specific shoots to deliver tailored, unique content for each social channel.
Creative Collaboration: Drive innovation by staying ahead of trends, ideas, and concepts to elevate Disturbia as a brand. Collaborate with the content team and Head of Creative to deliver on-brand, best-in-class photography and videography concepts that align with the brand's vision. Lead the ideation process within budget, creating shoot decks, shot lists, and schedules. Dream up bold, innovative social concepts and transform them into actionable strategies that spark excitement and enhance the Disturbia brand.
Scheduling & Posting: Manage the scheduling and posting calendar, ensuring content is shared at optimal times to engage our global audience. Stay attuned to social media trends and emerging platforms to keep our strategy relevant, commercial, and innovative. Research, plan, and create a detailed activity schedule for each campaign, incorporating PR, content, events, and social media plans.
Community Engagement & Growth: Foster community growth by actively engaging with our audience through comments, DMs, and mentions. Leverage social media to nurture customer relationships and build brand loyalty through interactive content and unique events.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Track and analyze content performance across all platforms, using insights to rene future strategies and content. Deliver regular reports on key metrics, including engagement, reach, trac, and conversions, to measure success and inform decision-making.
Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with the content, e-commerce, and design teams to align social media eorts with broader business and campaign objectives. Work closely with customer service to ensure social feedback is addressed promptly and eectively.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Proven experience as a Social Media and Pr Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, creative environment, ideally within the fashion industry.
• A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation and being at the forefront of digital trends. • Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they integrate with social media strategies.
• Strong portfolio of work, showcasing expertise in content creation (still, video, and written) for social platforms • Experience with shooting and producing content, as well as brieng and working with creative teams
• Excellent understanding of platform-specic strategies, content trends, and social algorithms across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms • Hands-on experience with inuencer management, building strong partnerships with content creators
• Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on using social media to drive customer engagement, trac, and conversions • Analytical mindset with experience in social media reporting and using insights to optimise strategies
• Excellent communication skills and a creative, collaborative approach to teamwork
