You'll play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers, driving the success of our e-commerce efforts, and maximizing performance across all paid search activities.

The Role:

As our PPC Manager, you will take charge of creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns across various biddable media channels with a laser focus on e-commerce performance. You will be instrumental in transitioning our paid search activities in-house, with a particular emphasis on Google Shopping and Performance Max strategies. Your expertise will directly contribute to our e-commerce growth, ensuring that our ads reach the right audience at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

Support E-commerce Strategy:

Assist the Head of Search in executing the e-commerce-focused paid media strategy, growth plan, and roadmap, driving customer acquisition and product visibility.

Manage E-commerce Campaigns:

Create and manage Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, as well as other PPC campaigns across key media channels. Develop structured campaigns with a focus on ad groups, keywords, and product feeds to drive maximum ROI.

Optimize for E-commerce Success:

Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns to improve CPA/ROI, emphasizing quality scores and feed management to enhance shopping ad performance and search efficiency.

Detailed Reporting & Insights:

Deliver in-depth reports on e-commerce campaign performance, providing actionable insights to maximize Google Shopping and Performance Max ROI. Identify opportunities for growth through data analysis and trends.

In-house Transition:

Lead the transition of paid search activities from external agencies, focusing on bringing Google Shopping and app install campaigns in-house to ensure alignment with our broader e-commerce strategy.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a PPC expert with a strong background in e-commerce. You should have a deep understanding of Google Shopping, feed optimization, and Performance Max campaigns. If you are a data-driven, results-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, this role is perfect for you.

Key Requirements:

E-commerce PPC Expertise:

Proficient in managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and using the Google AdWords Editor, with extensive experience in Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.

Strong Analytical Skills:

Highly numerate with a proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies for e-commerce growth.

Experience in Feed Management:

Deep understanding of feed optimization best practices, ensuring product feeds are structured for optimal Google Shopping performance.

Proven Campaign Optimization Skills:

Skilled in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and achieving high-quality scores to drive e-commerce success.

Desirable Skills:

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager, experience with SQL and data visualization tools, and familiarity with automation scripts for improving PPC account efficiency.
