No day will be the same - here are some of the highlights

You will be responsible for servicing the needs of over 2400 renewable electricity generators. This is a role with a high level of customer contact, but also requires coordination of internal resources to ensure service delivery objectives are met. This role is part of the wider Account Management and Sales Support Team and reports to the Origination Manager.

Accountabilities:

• Delivering excellent customer service to all customers to strengthen relationships and maximise the possibility of retaining them at the time of the next PPA renewal.
• Ensuring Good Energy's performance complies with all relevant contractual obligations, for example: billing, contract start/end dates and payment terms.
• Taking end-to-end responsibility for resolving clients' queries raised via the shared PPA email mailbox or dedicated phone line, liaising with internal colleagues/departments to ensure a prompt resolution.
• Ensuring that all types of account activity are carried out effectively (e.g. onboarding, meter reading/payment processing, meter verifications, meter/contact detail changes).
• Follow tried-and-tested industry and Good Energy processes when servicing accounts. Previous experience of working with electricity industry data flows would be a distinct advantage.
• Provide export (i.e. half-hourly) data to customers upon request.
• Assist with the processing of broker commission payments.
• Supporting with the timely registration of new accounts and the departure of outgoing ones.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll have previous experience of working in the energy industry and have a keen interest in renewable electricity generation.

Essential

• Previous experience in the energy industry & an interest in renewable electricity generation.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience in exceeding customer expectations.
• Confident communicator.
• Great stakeholder management with experience building relationships to maximise commercial value.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Desirable

• Previous experience of Power Purchase Agreements or Smart Meters.

As an organised and tenacious individual, you'll be able to resolve issues by collaborating with internal colleagues and liaising with external organisations.

You'll have a good eye for detail, be comfortable working within tried-and-tested processes and will be able to work under your own initiative with a proactive approach delivering results and meeting deadlines.

This is a hybrid role, which requires a minimum of 1 day per week in the Chippenham office and the rest working from home. Some infrequent travel to customers and GE partners may be required.
