The team
Active Pixel, part of ITV Studios, is a full service post production company based in a state of the art facility at MediaCityUK. We are dedicated to offering our clients a personal service that is second to none.
Our talented post production team covers all aspects of Post Production from Editing, Grading, Audio Dubbing, File Delivery and Transmission services; all utilising the latest creative technology, software and data transfer network with a dedicated technical and workflow team.
Each year, we deliver hundreds of hours of television to our clients across all genres of broadcast.
No job is too big or too small.
The role
To provide administrative, hospitality and client assistance to ensure the smooth running of the department and ensuring client comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure a high client service level is maintained at all times.
- Forward thinking client care, providing hospitality and making sure our clients feel at home and are working happily.
- Provide general assistance to our clients and employees.
- Respond in a timely fashion to all requests from production and office personnel.
- Administrative tasks that help with the day to day functioning of the facility. eg. Digital document creation and filing, organising google drive, cost tracking, scheduling and supplying documentation to clients.
- Preparing rooms and facilities for clients and staff.
- Attending meetings, taking notes and minutes and providing calendar bookings to staff.
- Perform general office duties such as organizing equipment, supplies, and keeping the working environment clear and tidy.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanour while communicating with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks or needs that arise during the post production process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Post Production Supervisor or Post Production Manager.
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A good attention to detail, organised and punctual
- Capable of handling tasks unprompted
- Excellent IT skills and online navigation.
- Comfortable handling clients' needs
- Good numerical skills
- A keen interest in Post-Production
- Positive attitude
- Passionate, enthusiastic and the desire to succeed
- Willingness to work in a flexible manner as part of a team and to adapt working practices to suit the changing demands of production requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively within the capacity to work with tact and diplomacy
- Demonstrate ability to use initiative when problem solving
- Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure
Other things we're looking for (key criteria)
- Experience in Client Liaison desirable
- Some office experience desirable
