We are looking for exceptional candidates who will be able tosupport and mentor students with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH)challenges. The mentors will work with students in 1:1 sessions or small groupsto develop strategies to improve behaviour, engagement and emotionalregulation. Positive Behaviour Mentors will also support students in lessonsand the RESET Inclusion room as part of a bespoke reintegration package.
Positive Behaviour Mentors will be able to deescalatebehaviour and RESET behaviour, working closely with the behaviour, pastoral,SEND and wellbeing team. They will support the Inclusion Manager to adaptresources, monitor progress, and promote a positive inclusive learningenvironment where all students including those with SEND, mental healthchallenges or who may have experienced trauma are able to thrive.
