Job Description
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
The role is to support the store launch team open new stores, deliver world class Marketing standards for opening, work closely with the category Marketing team to ensure our best products/quality statements and customer messages are being communicated, engage new store teams on what great in store marketing looks like. We work closely with store design and store planning to deliver the most exciting new concepts in our renewal stores.

Key Accountabilities
- Working collaboratively and flexibly with property, retail, finance to ensure that both in store and launch marketing for our new and renewal stores land with impact and are right first time.
- Work with retail to identify the best approach for local marketing when opportunities arise.
- Collaboration with the store design and planning teams across property to ensure marketing are supporting new concepts and design.
- Drive the team to deliver against their objectives, manage a succession plan for the team and hold regular development conversations to ensure great team management.
- Briefing and handling the production and delivery of renewal POS.
- Supporting in compiling the store renewal guidelines and relevant Marketing documents and getting store feedback on how to improve these.
- Project management experience with previous experience handling a critical path is ideal.
