We're looking for a Portfolio Delivery Manager to take ownership of our clinical delivery portfolio, driving forward a range of high-impact initiatives that support our store teams, customers, and long-term strategy.

We're looking for someone who's confident, strategic, and thrives in complexity. You'll bring deep experience in project and portfolio management, with a strong understanding of delivery methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. You'll be comfortable navigating cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, and influencing at all levels of the organisation. If you've worked in clinical or healthcare technology environments, that's a bonus-but what really matters is your ability to lead, inspire, and deliver.
