As a Policy Operations Manager on the Trust Policy team, you will be responsible for scaling, operationalizing and ensuring consistency across Bumble's policy ecosystem, platform portfolio and diverse global communities. You will lead projects relating to policy implementation, partnering closely with cross-functional peers to ensure principled, compliant, scaled moderation across Bumble's platforms and alignment with Bumble's values and strategic goals.

What you'll do

• Guide policy implementation efforts in partnership with stakeholders across the business, ensuring consistent operationalization of policies across Bumble's platforms and diverse sociocultural contexts.
• Maintain a firm grasp of internal operational and product functions to support policy requirements for new and existing content formats and product features
• Review policy processes and workflows and build strong feedback loops with cross-functional teams and external partners, to drive collaboration, alignment and cross-team efficiencies.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships to ensure stakeholders receive a consistent experience across policy domains.
• Implement metrics, simplify processes and approach problems with a data-driven mindset.
• Support the team's needs from a planning, strategy and programs perspective, providing programmatic support for strategic team initiatives.

Who you are

• 3+ years in project or program management at a technology company
• You have a proven record of managing stakeholder relationships and expectations across various workstreams of varying complexity and velocities.
• You can make sound judgments under tight deadlines with competing priorities
• You have experience managing ambiguity, achieving results in a fluid environment and nimbly adapting to changing business needs
• You are fluent in data analysis and deliver data-driven decisions.
• You have a demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, pay keen attention to detail and can comprehend and communicate complex technical issues.
• You are passionate about Bumble's brand vision and values.
