The Innovation Pod Architect is a strategic, hands-on technology leader responsible for driving future-ready delivery outcomes within the Innovation Pod. This role acts as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring that innovation initiatives are impactful, scalable, and aligned with organizational and client objectives. The Architect partners closely with functional and technology leaders to shape solution direction, maintain delivery continuity, and cultivate a sustainable innovation culture. A core aspect of the role is leading pilots and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to bring emerging technology ideas to life.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

  • Lead the Innovation Pod end-to-end, aligning business priorities with technology execution.
  • Identify and drive transformative innovation opportunities across processes and customer journeys.
  • Shape long-term innovation strategies that deliver measurable business value.
  • Architect and recommend cutting-edge solutions leveraging emerging technologies.
  • Run pilots and POCs to validate feasibility, performance, scalability, and adoption.
  • Develop reusable architectural assets, blueprints, accelerators, and reference patterns.
  • Translate complex business problems into scalable, future-ready solution architectures.
  • Oversee the entire innovation lifecycle with strong governance, quality, and delivery excellence

Your Skills:

  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Strong capability in designing cloud-native and low-code/no-code enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies for business transformation.
  • Proven leadership in guiding cross-functional innovation and architecture teams.
  • Strong consultative skills with effective stakeholder management and communication.
  • Skill in simplifying complex technical concepts for clear business decision-making.
  • Experience leading POCs, pilots, and innovation-driven solution engagements.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with strengths in strategic problem-solving, agility, and experimentation.
